Hey Dude was created in 2008 in the shoe region of Florence, Italy. Alessandro Rosano, the founder of Hey Dude, went in search of a shoe that was as comfortable as a slipper or slipper. Unfortunately, he did not find it. That is why he eventually developed a comfortable, stylish, lightweight, and yet affordable shoe. During development, he took the respect for the environment and comfort into account.
During the development process, the heavy, stiff, and dated materials were replaced with lightweight, flexible, and durable solutions. These super-light shoes are very comfortable and will take you effortlessly to all your favorite destinations.
The wide last of this Italian brand gives enough room to the toes for a healthy, natural fit. The elastic laces make it easy to slide into your shoes. The AIR FLOW TECHNOLOGY, provides optimal ventilation and in combination with ultra-breathable, quick-drying, and stretchable textiles, this gives a cool wearing comfort. The insoles have a memory foam that permanently assumes the unique shape of your foot after a few days.
The Wendy and Wally models
A fun fact is that Hey Dude is proudly taking action to combat the plastic epidemic in the oceans by creating the Wendy and Wally model, made from 100% recycled fibers from the “pollutant waste” that were once plastic water bottles. These PET fibers are very soft and durable, which is what you can expect from Hey Dude shoes.
